食譜.Recipe - 芋頭排骨 / Taro Pork Stew

pork 排骨 (precut into small pieces, available at Chinese markets)
1 taro
芋頭
2 stems green onion
蔥段2
5 garlic cloves or chopped garlic
蒜頭5粒或蒜末
1/2 cup milk
牛奶半杯
1 teaspoon salt
1
5 cups of pork broth
高湯5

1.     Cut taro and green onion into small pieces. 芋頭切塊, 蔥切小段.
2.     Heat oil in frying pan and fry green onion and garlic. 炒菜鍋放油, 爆香蔥段和蒜頭.
3.     Add salt, pork broth, taro, and pork to pot. Add fried green onion and garlic as well. Boil about 20 mins. 鍋子放入爆香蔥段和蒜頭, 及所有的材料, 煮約20.
4.     Add milk, bring to boil. 最後加牛奶煮滾.
I also added some red chili (remove seeds) to the soup for nicer color =).
